Advanced Replacement Request

This form must be submitted to Tandberg Data GmbH online. The RMA number must be obtained prior to returning the product. When using the Advanced Replacement Service, the defective unit must be returned to Tandberg Data GmbH within 5 days. Customers from Norway will receive a pro-forma invoice which needs to be returned with the defective unit.

Tandberg Data does not charge for shipping costs of your Advanced Replacement unit. The defective unit can be sent to Tandberg Data with the free-of charge returns label provided.

A service charge applies for products that are not covered by free ARS. The cost of repair will be added to the standard Advanced replacement costs (see below). Repair costs outside the warranty period are specified in the Tandberg Data pricelist.

Please handle TANDBERG units with care.
Please handle all Tandberg Data units with care. If damage occurs in transport due to due to rough or poor packaging Tandberg Data will charge you its regular charges for repair. The customer is liable for damages and Tandberg Data will claim compensation if the faulty unit is not returned within ten days.

This also effects damages outside the warranty period, as well as returning wrong devices, sending devices with other than named serial number and hardware which is not Tandberg Data equipment.


Please note: In the event that no defect is found, or if you fail to return the faulty unit to Tandberg Data within 5 days, you will be charged in accordance with the service pricelist.
